It has been four weeks since completing a phone screening with one of Liberty's recruiter. The recruiter said they would like me know by the end of the of the following regardless I was selected to the next step or not. Two full weeks went by and I didn't hear anything so I emailed the recruiter to follow-up but they never responded.
I find it very rude and inconsiderate to not follow-up at all when you speak to a candidate. The least they can do is send an automated rejection email instead of leaving a candidate hanging.

Entretien
Did a phone interview and then Got an email to be invited for a second interview via zoom. The guy was very straight forward. I couldnt read his personality was pretty cold and wanted QUICK responses to STAR questions. So just make sure you prepare with a few scenarios and you’re prepared to answer quickly and be caught of guard.
