The interviews were tough. Pretty long ordeal as it is 3 separate interviews, but they really make sure that you understand what the job entails and that you’re up for it. Everyone I interviewed with had a great understanding of the position and answers to my questions. The first interview is a phone screening, mostly to weed out the people who just aren’t equipped/qualified for the position. Second interview is being interviewed by 2 individuals for 1 hour, followed by listening to a negotiation between an attorney and a client and listing what the attorney did well and what he could work on, followed by a shadowing of another individual doing the job. Be sure to ask questions about the job as they want to be sure that you’re engaged, excited, curious, and interested in the position. The third interview, for me, was pretty quick. They said it would be 45-1hour but ended up being about 20 minutes. Behavioral questions for the 2nd and 3rd interviews. Was offered the job the next day via phone call.

Interview was overall a basic interview. It took 2 hours to ask 8 questions. There is a portion to speak with someone already in the role, which is not needed during the interview. Took almost 3 weeks to hear back, had already started a new job.
