I think that Liberty Mutual should hire recruiters who know the role and the company. The recruiter I had, worked for a 3rd party company.. she arrived late to our scheduled meeting (and didn’t apologize for her tardiness) and the entire interview felt rushed. I believe that I didn’t advance to the next round because I had questions that she couldn’t answer. Had I had a recruiter who enjoyed their job, I would have at least made it to the interviewing round.

Roughly it’s a good processor of elimination for finding the correct person for the job. It’s not easy at all and Liberal Mutual will be fair in the process of interviewing people.
