First, I had a phone interview with an HR rep. Next, I had a phone interview with the hiring manager. Finally, they paid for me to come to the office for an onsite interview. This interview had 3 parts: an interview with the manager, a "day in the life" session with the current new hires, and a presentation given to explain why I wanted to work for Liberty Mutual and what experience I have.
