The ADP internship interview was fairly standard. It was a little bit more difficult for me than a typical interview because I am use to only behavioural and not executing a case like Liberty requires in this interview. The case itself too wasn't too bad, maybe just a little time pressure. It was a longer interview (around 3 hours), but it was broken down in a way that you get to talk to many different people so the time went by quickly. 30 minute intro, 1 hour behavioural, 1 hour case, and 30 minute networking with previous ADP intern who is now full time. They were all very nice and after the interview, I got an offer within 48 hours.
