Consisted of two interviews one phone screening interview with your recruiter and one formal interview with your prospective manager. Both were primarily situational questions and discussing details about your experience/background.

Had a phone screen with a recruiter. Then, had two thirty minute interviews. Both interviews were behavioral asking about why I wanted to work at Liberty and other questions about my education and past work experience. Was very conversational and there was room for interviewee to ask questions at the end.
