Personal interview with a new area manager lasted 2 minutes, then was taken directly to a group "interview" (which ended up just being their regional director trying to sell you the job via powerpoint presentation for 2 hours) with about 20 people, and the rest of the process was just filling out questionnaires on paper. I guess they determined their "call back" for a second interview based off of the paperwork? Or maybe they call everyone.

Phone interview is a basic overview of the role. Generally 30 minutes long. Second interview is on a video call. You will need to prepare for the second interview. There will be a role play scenario in which you must sell their product to the hiring manager. Some due diligence is required.
