Le processus a pris 1 jour. J'ai passé un entretien chez Lidl
Entretien
Application form including a covering letter on why your applying for this job. Then an online questionnaire where your asked to answer colleague questions on what you should do including mathematical questions. You are timed and only have 30 minutes which sounds a long time but it isn't. I was answering the 20 questions very quickly but most of them have 2 to 3 added questions to each minimum. I did not finish the questions in time .

Question 1
Questions on the online assessment such as you have 9 bottles of wine in each box, 5 boxes go on each shelf. There are 8 shelves so how many bottles of wine do you have in total.
Very straightforward process.
One person interviewed me and asked a few questions.
Did not last more than an hour, if that.
I had one interview and then an offer was made.
Phone interview and then in person interview. Pretty quick and easy and doesn’t take long to hear back. Questions are pretty standard like ‘why Lidl?’ and ‘what’s your favourite item we sell’. Also a few scenario based questions.

Really nice manager and chill atmosphere. Didn't ask me any scenario based questions or any that I had to provide a "star" like paragraph; more focused on how prepared/ committed/ able you are to do a lot of work.
