J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 1 semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez Lidl (Brighton, Angleterre) en sept. 2017
Entretien
Applied online on August and after two weeks received an invitation to an interview in the local Lidl shop.
Interviewer was nice, really polite and it was obvious that he had put some time in studying my CV previously to the interview.
I was asked about how much I know about Lidl and why I wanted to work there.
I was interviewed in the staff room and it didn't take more than 20 minutes.
Very straightforward process.
One person interviewed me and asked a few questions.
Did not last more than an hour, if that.
I had one interview and then an offer was made.
Phone interview and then in person interview. Pretty quick and easy and doesn’t take long to hear back. Questions are pretty standard like ‘why Lidl?’ and ‘what’s your favourite item we sell’. Also a few scenario based questions.

Entretien
Really nice manager and chill atmosphere. Didn't ask me any scenario based questions or any that I had to provide a "star" like paragraph; more focused on how prepared/ committed/ able you are to do a lot of work.
