J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris plus d'une semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez Lidl (Londres, Angleterre) en avr. 2020
Entretien
Applied online and two weeks later received a call from the manager inviting me to an interview. Because of coronavirus it was a short 20 minute interview asking questions and describing some of the duties if I were successful.
Very straightforward process.
One person interviewed me and asked a few questions.
Did not last more than an hour, if that.
I had one interview and then an offer was made.
Phone interview and then in person interview. Pretty quick and easy and doesn’t take long to hear back. Questions are pretty standard like ‘why Lidl?’ and ‘what’s your favourite item we sell’. Also a few scenario based questions.

Really nice manager and chill atmosphere. Didn't ask me any scenario based questions or any that I had to provide a "star" like paragraph; more focused on how prepared/ committed/ able you are to do a lot of work.

Why Lidl?
What hours can you do?
Where can you see yourself working in the shop?
