The interview was conducted online, but it was rather unpleasant as you do not talk to another person, but you just get text messages that you have to answer on video. Also the interview starts right away without any small talk etc.

After a reading comprehension, maths and logic test, applicants have to do a video interview (film yourself answering to questions). This is very uncomfortable and inorganic. It put me off the company as I felt my time was not respected.

Als erstes gab es einen Video Call mit dem HR Department. Danach musste man mehrere logische und analytische Tests - höheres Niveau - online erfüllen. Das Ganze ging mehrere Stunden. Dazu kam auch eine Videoaufnahme von sich selbst. Am Ende wurde man zum vor Ort Gespräch mit Fallstudie eingeladen.

In depth, online assessment. Prompt feedback but no consideration of the actual person. No personal contact was allowed, not even a phone call. For a managerial position I would always want to speak to the person first
