Bisogna essere ben preparati, motivati e conoscere l’azienda. Aspettatevi domande che vi metteranno in difficoltà quindi studiate come si gestisce un negozio. Personale KPI’s visual etc.
Poi per il resto dipende sempre da che tipo di recruiter si incontra. Diciamo che gli assessment non sono necessari visto che poi biogas farsi 6 mesi di formazione.

Pretty easy, structured questions that gets information like scenarios, past experience and previous situations in certain areas. Takes about 10 minutes. Usually manager asking questions and another person taking notes

well planned interview and Assessments on the day at the HQ. Had great interactions and useful conversations with the hiring managers throughout the day. Had good feedback afterwards also. I had never attended an assessment day before so good experience

Brief interview running through several questions. Held with two people. Asked to come in and wait for a while before called in. Other candidates waiting too. Lasted around 45 minutes.
