The interview process began in the morning with registration and refreshments were provided. There were then 2 rounds of interviewing at different stages of the day. Firstly we were split into groups of 8 and given tasks to do and people were assessed on how they reacted in the tasks.
There was then a group interview with 3 candidates and 7 interviewers

Fino ad adesso ho trovato una recruiter empatica e disponibile ed ho ricevuto feedback in meno di una settimana. Al momento sono fiduciosa e spero il processo di selezione continui
il colloquio segue le line guida di cui si viene messi a conoscenza anticipatamente.
È presente un test Excell, si fa Una simulazione per capire l'empatia del soggetto ed un altro per vedere le doti di problem solving.
tre step con domande che analizzano soft skills e capacità di problem solving e lavoro in team. Il secondo colloquio è tramite telefono della durata di 30/40 minuti il terzo e ultimo step un assesment di circa 3 ore.
