In my video interview I was asked five straight forward questions, with two min to prepare and three min to speak for each. They asked why me, why lidl, what I'd do if I encountered not making progress.

Consisted of video interview, an in person assessment day with test, presentation and panel interview. Good experience but feedback not in depth. Process was relatively straightforward and staff were friendly and welcoming.
