1st telephone interview - quick description of yourself, and what's your availability. Then if successful invited for a face to face interview with either store manager or area manager and asked the same, but more situational questions

Fairly straightforward interview. They only asked my five questions, around my personality in working environment and previous experience. I didn't have retail experience but worked in cafe which was similar enough.
