Easy. Got over in one day. A written test on basic grammar and essay writing. A manager round where the process of the job was explained and my knowledge on the same was questioned. A HR round regarding the salary and other details like job timings etc.

After cleaning the written test , will be taken to face to face interview and then lastly hr round.
Written test will be checking your English language skill, Aircraft engine knowledge and engineering drawing interpretation.

Entretien
Interview was more based on resume and experience rather than the unusual interview questions. Started out with a brief phone interview to get a feel and then offered an in person interview. Interview was more personal and laid back rather than the usual type of office interview.
