3 steps
1. Programming logical test
2. Hr and technical round.
3. Online 2 and half hour test.
Interviews are scheduled according candidates availability. Even in holidays we can attend the interview.
The first round is online roound where 3 sections are there 1)identify design patterns in Js 2) suggest a UIdesign toclient based on situation 3)write on a something outof box that u did for ur previous company 4]write why u are looking for a change

Entretien
First one was an online coding test.
After that a machine test at office. the question was simple but had a quirky time limit.
there was a written communication test right after.
Next round was a f2f technical interview it was a good experience as the interviewer was super cool and made me relaxed.
Finally an hr round.
