I was referred to a position at Loadsmart and the recruiter contacted me to ask if I wanted to go throught the process, explaining all the different steps that included conversations with the HR about career expectations, a technical interview to present cases and discuss UX/UI issues (all in english), and also a cultural interview with the design director. Overall, it was a fun process with great feedbacks from everyone involved. It all took approximately 3 to 4 weeks.
