First was a very simple phone screen with a few questions about the resume and skills around excel. After the screen I was brought in to interview on the grounds and although the manager arrived late, it was a timely interview with behavioral questions only.

Super easy, very simple behavioral questions. No technical questions at all. Know your resume and you should be good. They’ll maybe ask you some specific questions depending on what role you’re applying to.
They just want to know if you have the proper skills and if you are enthusiastic about the position. Focus on your skills and how they can benefit them as a company.
