J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Lockheed Martin (Fort Worth, TX) en janv. 2017
Entretien
Was given automated emails for every bit of the process leading up to the interview. Flew me out to the location, I was given a rental and hotel. I was at the facility for a little over three hours. Only an hour of which was for the actual interview. Basically I was asked behavior questions and some about my resume/work experience. Outside of the interview, I was given a very corporate and lifeless vibe but, that could be because there were probably 80+ other candidates interviewing throughout the day.

Pretty easy, no technical questions and mostly just behavioral questions. Touched up on past experience that was on resume, and what you have learned in your technical courses. Lasted about 15 to 20 minutes in total.

It went very well, it was virtual. Friendly and not intimidating. Applying for entry level. There were several candidates interviewing on the call and each got a moment in a breakout room with the interviewer. Only one interviewer. No technical interview.
