Contacted them after receiving an interview offer through university. Scheduled a phone screening interview and after answering several questions regarding project experience, work experience, and various courses, was called in for a one-on-one interview with the lead engineer of the team.

One thirty-minute behavioral round, panel of three people, each throwing different behavioral questions. These are all common, well-known questions, with no curve balls. Interview may differ based on group, this was ultimately for the operations/manufacturing engineering group.

One interview with hiring manager. Interview only had behavioral questions, and discussions about the experiences listed on my resume. Manager was very friendly, and they described the position, team, and job site for a large part of the interview.
