Entretien
Converting from internship, I prioritized a list of places and business areas that I would be interested in. I was then given a short phone interview with a manager for that position and an offer was extended. Smooth and painless when making intern-full time transition.

Entretien
Brief phone screening followed by an in-person interview. Very informal. I met with two managers and a senior engineer. No technical questions. They reviewed my skills as listed on my resume, and asked about those skills to see if I really knew what I was talking about. Overall it was a very easy interview.

Have you had any experience working with COTs test equipment.
Entretien
I applied for an Electronics Engineer position, and three months later I received an initial phone call with the recruiter to discuss about my background. The recruiter went ahead and forwarded my resume over to the hiring manager which an on-site interview took place two weeks later. At the on-site interview, all of the questions were mostly behavioral scenarios. It has been a month now, and I am still waiting for a decision to be made. The only advice I can give if you get an interview is to be patient with Lockheed Martin's process as there are many candidates to filter out, and there are budgets that need to be in consideration.

Question 1
Nothing difficult nor unexpected. The hiring manager was very comfortable to begin with so it felt like a normal conversation.
