STAR interview method is used. Be prepared to break down interview question responses by Situation, Task, Action, and Result. Start your responses with, “The situation was…, My task was…, The action I took was…, the result was…”. Make sure your results are positive, i.e. how were you successful, and/or what positive thing did you learn from the experience. Very basic so they can break it down easily for themselves, and straight to the point.
