They were so nice even though i did not get the role they gave me a few interview tips that were very helpful. They had very good interview etiquette so it was easy to talk to them.

As expected with a defense company, had to fill out lots of background info. Several questionnaires after the initial application. No HR screening. Had a 45-60min video call with the hiring manager and received an offer 2 weeks later. Interview questions were mostly behavioral and felt more conversational.
