great! i didn’t get the job but was great fun! made bath bombs and test new products. very laid back but was a group interview so a little intensive too. was asked to name our favourite product and why
Interactive session in a group setting. Activities such as describing a product - really needed to showcase the energy expected of a lush employee.
It was a very different but suitable interview experience for this type of role.
Workshop evening event, group interview with different activities to practice - practiced demos and giving sales pitches, as well as recommending products to different customers. Staff were nice and very friendly, but there's a big emphasis on being the most outgoing person so it was quite intimidating.
