Group interview session began with a form to fill out with a few questions on, these were a mixture of practical questions like what days can you work and more abstract questions like if you had £1m to give to charity which would you choose and why? The rest of the group session we were given tasks to do in groups relevant to different current campaigns or products, obviously you are constantly being watched and evaluated. Lots of people were incredibly extrovert and loud which can be intimidating if you are not like that but I think that they also take into consideration how well those people can work as part of a team. It's best to be yourself. Top tip: Show an awareness and genuine interest in the ethics. After that I was called for a trial shift which was good to see whether I the role would suit me.
