Entretien
The interview was at 6:30pm and there was about 30 or so people waiting outside the Lush store in the city. We then lined up to get little name tags and stickers, which would indicate whether we applied for sales assistant, stock assistant or both and filled out a quick application form. You should try to make sure you have a reference (if you do) as they have a section for that on the form. Then we headed in and had a loud and proud demonstration.
The store manager and other workers were there, and they introduced the company and what Lush stood for. Everyone stood in a big circle and did a self-intro and we were then split into groups to try and sell a product to everyone else in a loud and proud.

Entretien
It was very interactive loved the vibe. There were scenario based role playing questions it was all fun. Research about the company before going for an interview. Be confident to speak.
Busy and full of people, but they tried to keep it fun and light which was nice. A lot about scent and memorising the ingredients and their properties. Although you get a sense that the rules about customer approaching is pretty intense straight away

Entretien
I applied early October, received an interview a few weeks later. The interview was about two days after I received the email. It was an online group interview that felt very casual, welcoming and informal. Made sure I answered the questions proactively, asked questions at the end to show interest and allowed my personality and love for LUSH to shine through when answering the questions. They were very accommodating about my week-long holiday during the festive season. Received an offer a few hours after the interview and accepted.
