Entretien
Interview took place over phone on an agreed day, lasted about 20 minutes. After this they will either ask you for an in person interview or you have not progressed, which will be confirmed via email after a few days.
Group interview was fun but felt a bit hard to stand out from other big personalities, did a range of tasks/games around the store which was a nice change from the traditional interview process, it was nice to be interacting with other interviewees rather than simply feeling like competitors

Unique interview. All were group tasks including curating a routine for customers and demonstrating products. You need to bring lots of energy to the table and be imaginative with your descriptions.
