Group interview that helps you get to know some of the people that already work there.
It was fun and informative to have a group interview. You really got a feel for how it will be if you got the job.
They sent me home with a few products.

They asked you to bring something that was important to you and explain why.
They also had you demo the products.
Group interview was fun but felt a bit hard to stand out from other big personalities, did a range of tasks/games around the store which was a nice change from the traditional interview process, it was nice to be interacting with other interviewees rather than simply feeling like competitors

Unique interview. All were group tasks including curating a routine for customers and demonstrating products. You need to bring lots of energy to the table and be imaginative with your descriptions.

Was a group interview, practicing different techniques. Not 1 to 1 at any point. Was merely staff watching as you did the recruitment tasks during the evening. If successful you had a trial shift and then got the job
