Panel Interview, Each Person Took Turns Asking Questions, They Are Looking For Specific Answers From Each Person Who Applied And Want You To Fit The Part They Are Hiring For.

Very thorough interview process. After applying, you will recieve email for short in person interview asking basic questions. If you do well, you will get second interview where you will be interviewed by three separate groups. Following the interviews, you will perform a series of tests on a pilot plant with other people who are also trying to get the job. They want to see teamwork, troubleshooting skills, and overall communication to see how you work with others.
