Entretien
I had mutiple interviews during the hiring process. I had an initial phone interview with 3 person group. MITRE paid my travel to the site to interview. I met three times with 5 different individuals. The people were very professional, warm, friendly, and candid. The HR group was very professional and handled the entire process with great communication and ease.

Entretien
Panel discussion with four interviewers, plus a discussion with Human Resources rep to cover benefits. Interview was hosted on site (pre-Covid). I interviewed with two different groups and the entire process took about four hours. I was required to present a brief on technical work for one group, but not the other. Clearly there are different interview styles across divisions.

Most of the questions were techincal, but some beahvioral question like "Given some situation with the sponsor how would you handle it?"

Entretien
A few phone interviews followed by an in-person interview. The in-person interview consisted of 6 30-minute interviews with different people. If you made it this far, they like you and respect your technical ability, so the interview is low-stress.
