I did an application online then got an email back saying to set up an interview. I went in the lady was really nice I was dressed really had on heels with casual clothing. The interview lasted about 15 minutes she asked questions off a booklet. She left and came back saying that they had some full-time and part time positions. She told me that she was gonna give me a phone call and let me know. I was disappointed because I thought I didn't have the job because everyone on here say that got hired on the spot, but sure enough the next day she called and told me she a full-time position for me and a higher pay so I took it. Even though I filled out for a part time job she must really likes me to give me full time in a nicer department. So if they say they will call u back they just might will it happened for me.

Disaster from begininng to end. Training took 2 days instead of 1 because the training room was booked for an all store meeting, and then they had to send me home again because there wasn't an available computer for me. Once the backround check was underway, I called and they said they forgot to initiate it. so it took 18 days instead of 2. The first schedule came out and I was not even on it for 2 weeks. I was not told alot of my shifts would be from 6-9:30 evenings including Friday and Saturday nights in a row. They just cut back shifts again so everyone will be alone when they close and in Fine Jewelry this means a very time consuming counting method which can have descrepincies if another employee logged their sales incorrectly. We also have to load over 2 dozen jewelry trays into 4 safes. Since we should be selling up till 9:00 this allows only a half hour to do what normally takes 1 1/2 hours. This means security is helping us so they can go home.
