I received an email in order to schedule an interview. I arrived for the interview and waited in the executive office. One of the manager's, Chastity, interviewed me. She was really generous and professional. Everyone there treated me with the utmost respect. I was asked eight questions. As far as advice is concerned, you should dress business professional (meaning a suit and tie for males). For females, you should wear a professional suit. You need to tell them what they want to hear (not what you think the moral answer is).

Question 1
Why Macy's? When have you received great customer service? When did you give great customer service? When have you worked in a team environment? What did you do when someone in your past work experience did something unethical? Are you comfortable multitasking? Why are you a good fit for this position? When have you dealt with a company change and how did you react?
Was interviewed for a seasonal position. Was told they have no seasonal positions, once they found out I was a college student. Made no sense to me quickly ended the interview.
I had one interview with the store manager and it lasted for about 45 minutes. The interview was all standard behavioral questions. I was offered the job on the spot.

The interview process was straightforward and fairly quick. It started with a phone interview from a recruiter or hiring representative who asked general questions about my background, availability, and interest in the role. The tone was professional but conversational, and the interviewer focused on making sure I could handle a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
