J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 1 jour. J'ai passé un entretien chez Macy's en juin 2012

I applied online on MacysJOBS.com for the retail sales associate part-time/full-time position . I got an email asking to schedule and interview maybe 2 days later. I selected the interview to be the next day. I wore all black and my hair in a bun. At the interview i was greeted by a very nice woman . We shook hands and proceeded with the interview. She asked me Why I wanted to work at Macys , when I worked in a team , how I would upsell to a customer . It was one of the easiest interviews I've ever had. I got offered a position to work in the after the interview was over she asked me if I had any questions i said no and that was that and i started training the next day. My advice would be be yourself , smile , eye contact , and answer the questions with confidence .
Was interviewed for a seasonal position. Was told they have no seasonal positions, once they found out I was a college student. Made no sense to me quickly ended the interview.

The interview process was straightforward and fairly quick. It started with a phone interview from a recruiter or hiring representative who asked general questions about my background, availability, and interest in the role. The tone was professional but conversational, and the interviewer focused on making sure I could handle a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
I had one interview with the store manager and it lasted for about 45 minutes. The interview was all standard behavioral questions. I was offered the job on the spot.
