At first management wasn't even aware that I was going in for an interview, so there was a waiting process to get interview because manager wasn't around. When I got into the interview, they asked me the basic interview questions, as well as questions that tested my knowledge in customer service. Started off by describing myself and proceeded into questions along the lines of: "If a customer was buying pants, how would you assist them as well as encourage them to buy another pair of pants" and "If a customer was buying an item, how would you encourage them to buy an item that complimented."

Virtue first. Then, at the store. Interview questions are not hard but hiring manager/s are sketchy. They posted part time positions but when I got into the interview they said their looking for people wanting full time job. So unprofessional to take my time.

It was in person and lasted 20 minutes approximately. Before the int started I was asked to fill out a questionnaire. The question inclu questions about my education and prior retail sales jobs.
