oh well the best time to apply is seasonal, you would have to apply online. when you are in the interview they will ask you normal questions. why do you want to work for macys, your availability, tell about yourself, how would you sell a pair of jeans. The interview is really easy and they will tell you in the same interview if you are hired.

Pretty simple it wasn’t to difficult at all actually, more of behavioral type of interview. Should be easy if you are a decent communicator and a good team worker. there is an emphasis on collaboration
Interview was easy, it was a one and done deal and the interview was relatively short. I just applied on their website and I was called in for an interview. I was asked standard interview questions and was let know that I was hired within a reasonable time (about a week).
