Good questions; non-HR manager conducted the interview. Professional but somewhat canned; low stress. Interviewer was very at ease and good at creating a feedback environment. Interview took place during the 4th quarter so Macy's was filling holes and, therefore, interview was approximately 15 minutes.

Multiple customer situational questions on how to deal with customer complaints, problems and concerns. One sales scenario was also provided - how to encourage a customer to buy a particular item.

very quick interview simple questions asked and got hired on the spot. were very intrested as soon as they heard from me. started training same day as my interview. they do things very quickly there.
