J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Macy's (Pasadena, CA) en mai 2013
Entretien
I applied online, within 2 days got an email inviting me for the interview, for 1 week later. I arrived 10 minutes early, She came an introduced herself, she seemed very nice and friendly, quite casual. All She did was read from a list of questions, then wrote down my answers, nothing difficult all the questions have been posted on here. She then left the room for a couple of minutes telling me she will check what they have, On her return she said I'm sorry we don't have any positions available at this time, I will keep your application open, Thank you for your time. It ended very abruptly. 4 Days later i receive an email saying thank you for your interest but we do not have positions to suit your expertise at this time.. I don't understand why they post Job offers when they don't have any to give?? Its a waste of everyone's time.
Was interviewed for a seasonal position. Was told they have no seasonal positions, once they found out I was a college student. Made no sense to me quickly ended the interview.

The interview process was straightforward and fairly quick. It started with a phone interview from a recruiter or hiring representative who asked general questions about my background, availability, and interest in the role. The tone was professional but conversational, and the interviewer focused on making sure I could handle a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
I had one interview with the store manager and it lasted for about 45 minutes. The interview was all standard behavioral questions. I was offered the job on the spot.
