Le processus a pris 1 jour. J'ai passé un entretien chez Macy's (Salem, OR) en mai 2008
Entretien
I only had one interview and it was fairly easy and quick which was surprising for a big company. I was called for an interview, I wasn't really given a choice when to come in. There were two other girls when I got there but it was one on one. When it was my turn. I was just asked some basic questions and few I wasn't expecting so I had to come up with something fairly quick. Then the interviewer which became my supervisor asked me a random question about who I thought would win american idol. Okay? Kind of strange but alrighty. It only took about 10-15 minutes and then she said she would give me a call within the next few days. I got a call saying I got the job and I had to come in to fill out papers and fill out information on a computer which actually took a while. Then I had to come in again with the two other girls that got hired for orientation which was very long and some what confusing. We only got one day of training too and then we were on are own. Wow.

Was interviewed for a seasonal position. Was told they have no seasonal positions, once they found out I was a college student. Made no sense to me quickly ended the interview.

The interview process was straightforward and fairly quick. It started with a phone interview from a recruiter or hiring representative who asked general questions about my background, availability, and interest in the role. The tone was professional but conversational, and the interviewer focused on making sure I could handle a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
I had one interview with the store manager and it lasted for about 45 minutes. The interview was all standard behavioral questions. I was offered the job on the spot.
