J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris plus d'une semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez Macy's (Westminster, CA) en oct. 2013
Entretien
I applied online and received an email the next to schedule an interview. A week later I went into the executive offices 15 minutes earlier than the schedule time. The interviewer took me to a conference room for the interview. He told me right away that the position was already filled, and I was a little taken back by that comment because I had some hope for the position. But he proceeded to continue to interview me. He asked me a basic question like "Tell me about yourself" and other situational questions. After the interview I was a bit disheartened because I had prepared a lot for it. I wish they would not have the position opened to apply for if it was already full. Although i didn't have a chance, I was still glad for the interview experience because it would help me for future interviews.

Applied online one Sunday evening. Two days later while checking my emails, I saw an invitation to interview. I had to follow the prompts in the email to schedule my interview time online. I took the only time that was available, the next day. My interview was schedule for 11:45 am. I arrived for the interview at 11:30 am, there was one lady there already waiting to be interview for the same position. I checked in and told to have seat. By 11:45 am, two more people came in to be interview. By noon, two more people came in to be interview plus two people just hired. We were all crowded in a small office with just three places to seat. So people were sitting in the hallway. The employees in HR department were constantly leaving the front desk, so people could not check in. They finally interview the lady who was scheduled to be interview at 11:30 am at 12:15 pm. Then they started interviewing the other people there. By 12:45 pm just when I was going to asked the front desk what was going on (I would have asked earlier but no one was there), they realized I sitting there. It seemed they did not check their online scheduler to see if more people had accepted their invitation to interview. They give me a half-hearted apology and ushered me to a small messy office. Where she rushed through the interview. She asked me my hours and described in detail what I would be doing (especially the cash functions). It was almost if she was trying to scare me away from the job. I left knowing I would not be hearing from them.
