My first step was to email the HR department with a resume and cover letter and express interest in advancing through the Executive Training Program. I received an email response stating they would like to hear from me again when they begin hiring in a month or two. However, they laid off 800-1,000 and weren't hiring for a while. I checked in again after relocating to a region that was still hiring.
