It was over the phone and they asked me about 4 questions and hired me on the spot. I had some cashiering experience that helped me answer some questions. The person interviewing me was super friendly as well.

Answer first question starting with One recorded video and then followed up with multiple recorded responses to additional questions. Pretty simple and straightforward. Dress up on the top and wear whatever on the bottom.
