The recruiter contacted me out of no where, and she set the time for the interview. Then she spoke with me literally for 10 minutes because she was in the middle of a personal errand...even though she'd set the meeting time. (But who cares, really. The pandemic excuses a multitude of behaviors.) EXCEPT. The next day she asked me to send her intellectual property belonging to my previous employer. I don't have any because it doesn't belong to me (even though I created it.) That's the last I heard from her. Did she contact me only to get the intellectual property? I'm not going to help anyone with requests like this. I'm also not shopping at Macy's any more.
