Standard phone interview and interview with hiring manager. The meeting kept getting rescheduled but all in all it was standard and conversational. Just know about the company and look into the department you are interviewing with.

a 30 minute phone interview with a very friendly and engaging recruiter!
Then, a 4 hour long interview in the office where I had four talks: Two pairs of younger employees and two managers. The managers were insightful in teaching me about job. I did not feel like I was at Macys for an interview, being a long time fan of the company, but rather just some office job.

Casual experience. Sat down in an informal room to answer questions. Interview lasted 20 minutes. Very basic questions regarding work history and experience. A brief explanation of the position was given.
