Pretty easy, nothing crazy. Basic questions. Asked if I had any experience with retail and customer service. After the background check you’re good to go. Management isn’t the best but it’s alright.

over the phone then an all day assessment and training.and then you go back for start date,you have to follow up because they forgot me and alot others,and we were waiting for a call,so best to be proactive

Dress professional and stay confident, they just want to get to know you. The interview was easy. It was just a conversation the human resources has with you to see if you are a fit for the position.
The interview included a typing test and basic behavioral questions. There were some scenario based questions and questions about previous work experience and education. Overall a straightforward and simple interview process
