I applied online to the job and received an email from the recruiter within 2 days for a phone screen. I was then asked to come in for an in-person interview

Tell me about a time where you had to deal with a difficult coworker. How did you approach the situation and what was the outcome?

Entretien
Taleo online. Was a great opportunity with great training. All of the people were very good to work with. Many of them had been there for years. The store manager was very knowledgeable and helpful. All of the department workers were excellent people as well. Macy's is a great place to work. I would do it over again if there were more opportunities for advancement without moving.
