There was an initial qualifying phone interview with a recruiter, then a more lengthy phone interview with a primary stakeholder for the role. This was then followed by multiple in-person - individual and panels (each stage meeting more people and getting a more well-rounded perspective on the role and company). Final interview was with department head and primary stakeholder / supervisor for the role.

Interview process is easy. It's an in person interview. The ask you about your previous work experience and what your capabilities are in terms of using certain tools. If you are really skilled they will send you to a site where you'll be able to use tools and contribute that way. That will pay higher. If you are just skilled at labour and not tools, then they will match you to a site that needs that.
