HR in Toronto and local Supervisor Hiring Manager contacted me. Did phone interview. Said next steps were online assessment and video conference interview. Job description was all about sales. Similar role to Mortgage Broker (probably why they were interested in me) but of course, for only selling Manulife banking products. The position is new to Manulife as they are trying to spread the work load out and gain new sales from the existing banking specialist.

Typical sales position questions. Checking on experience, appointment ratios (15-20 per week), sales targets, etc. The position is base + commission and door knocking on advisors doors trying to drum up banking business for Manulife.
