Within a day or two applying I got an email from the recruiter about setting up a phone interview with him. Basic phone interview. Asked about experience and background. He asked a couple of behavioral type questions. About 10 days later he called back to set up an in-person interview with the hiring managers. Two hiring managers flew to town and conducted interviews at a hotel, on an outdoor patio. They were very nice and the atmosphere was fairly relaxed. They took turns asking behavioral questions. It lasted about 20 minutes.
