it was an easy process and everything went smooth as it should have been. very friendly personnel and management that make the interview process very nice and comfortable.

there was not such thing! this company simply was very open and there was not hidden question to disqualify you for the position. Very straight forward interview

Entretien
I had 2 opportunities to be interviewed and it is never good. The last one in France was a panel that took more than 3 hours and after many months the recruiter said the process was canceled. The candidate spend lot of time and expectation and if you don’t keep ask you will never know what happened.
Following the initial screening, there was a panel interview. This included a case study presentation to the panel. Very professional setting and interesting case given to candidates. All candidates were there though and had to wait for their turn. Note, this was years ago.

Entretien
The interview process followed the STAR process closely; it consisted of three questions and an open discussion at the end. A panel of 3 people, roughly 60 Minutes. It was not as formal as I expected.
